• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED at Victorian Court:  you are allowed to move in with a pet under 25 pounds if you are a homeowner only, not a renter.  Pets cannot be replaced.  If you do not move in with a pet, you cannot keep one in your home.  You will be subject to a $100 daily fine and lien on your property. Dogsitting is also not allowed.  Given the pet policy homeowners are not allowed to host or dogsit while family members are away

• Front porches must be kept clean as they are maintained and owned by the Association.  Porches are not for storing bags, shoes, trash etc, however they may be decorated with potted plants or flowers.

• Grills may be used by homeowner.  They must be kept at a distance no closer than 10ft to the building.
